As educators prepare today's learners for the 21st century, both the educators and learners must assume new roles. Today's learners thrive in an environment of empowered innovation. However, the empowerment of the learner does not mean the role of the educator is made less important. In fact, a sensitive mentor is crucial to the Empowered Learner's success on the Learning Quest. Educators serve as the Helpers and Guides along the challenging journey. These professional development modules, activities, and resources were selected to help modern Educators perform their roles as Helpers and Guides to a new generation of learners.
